• Items not in their original, intact packaging.
• Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
• All items are stocked and ready to ship — Almorae does not sell made-to-order or custom pieces, so cancellations after shipping cannot be accommodated.
• Orders shipped internationally are eligible for return, but shipping fees are non-refundable.

ITEMS SUBJECT TO RESTOCKING FEES:
