• Items received in error, defective, or damaged are eligible for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
• For orders not affected by damage or error, shipping, packing, and handling costs will be deducted from your final refund amount.
• All returns and exchanges require pre-approval and a return authorization number prior to shipping items back.
• Your order must be shipped back to Almorae within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.

ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR CANCELLATION:

• Installed or used items (e.g., light fixtures, furniture with signs of wear).
• Items not in their original, intact packaging.
• Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
• All items are stocked and ready to ship — Almorae does not sell made-to-order or custom pieces, so cancellations after shipping cannot be accommodated.
• Orders shipped internationally are eligible for return, but shipping fees are non-refundable.

ITEMS SUBJECT TO RESTOCKING FEES:
